Every commission begins with structured discovery. If the first direction requires refinement, revision rounds are built into each tier. Strategy guides the process to ensure alignment, not guesswork.
Who owns the final identity?
Upon final payment, exclusive commercial rights to the approved logo are transferred to the client. eXodus Artisan™ retains the right to display the work for portfolio and documentation purposes. Unused concepts remain part of the studio archive.
How long does the process take?
Most identity projects are completed within 2–4 weeks depending on tier, complexity, and revision flow. Clear communication keeps the process focused and efficient. Delays in client communication may extend the delivery timeline.
Is this just logo design?
Tier One focuses on professional logo development — a refined, versatile mark built for clarity and scalability. Higher tiers expand into full identity systems, including color strategy, typography pairing, and structured brand assets. Each level builds intentionally upon the last.
Do you work with startups or only established brands?
Both. Whether building from zero or refining an existing presence, the process adapts to the stage of the brand. Clarity of vision matters more than company size.
Are payment plans available?
Select tiers may qualify for structured payment arrangements. Terms are discussed during the inquiry phase to ensure alignment before the project begins. We also offer third-party installment options such as Affirm, allowing clients to split payments over time where eligible.
What files are included in the final delivery?
Final delivery includes industry-standard formats suitable for web, print, and scaling (AI, EPS, PNG, SVG, and PDF where applicable). Files are organized for practical use across platforms.
Can you trademark the logo?
Yes. Because exclusive commercial rights are transferred, clients may pursue trademark registration for the approved final mark. We recommend consulting a legal professional for formal filing.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the strategic and custom nature of identity development, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. This ensures dedicated creative allocation for each project.
