Here is how it works. A team of craftsmen/craftswomen & artisans first hand-make your item on average within 1-3 days depending on the product manufacturing timeline and quantities. After production time, they ship your order so you can receive it very quickly, subject to the delivery type you select in your basket.

International Fast Worldwide Shipping

Most international deliveries are with customers in 3 – 5 days. Contrado uses FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or similar service as our default international delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes detailed tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, where it may be necessary for Contrado to pass on the remote area surcharge levied by the carrier. Delivery may attract local tax duty to pay which is administered by the local territory and is out of the hands of Contrado.

Again, please remember that delivery times are not the same as production times! We take the necessary time to make sure your product is up to our high-quality standards. Bags of Love does not continue production or dispatch work over the weekend, except for Christmas and other busy events.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINES

In order to get your eXo Designs & Apparels products manufactured by our manufacturer of artisans & craftsmen lovingly created by Contrado Imaging Ltd. (Bags of Love) package by Christmas Day, we need to have your order placed by December 18th (Please be mindful & understanding that more it will take more time for custom requests to allow our remarkable artist eXodus Artisan time to design your product). This gives us enough time to account for any changes that must be made, to print your gift, and ship it to you. Please note: some things may require more time to print than others. So don’t be the last-minute shopper this Christmas and get your gifts made with time to spare.

US DELIVERY SERVICES

We & our manufacturer mostly uses FedEx (except for some custom made orders done by eXodus Artisan at home may be shipped by USPS) for all US orders for our products. This is our standard service default delivery option, & the price will be listed in the shopping cart. FedEx usually delivers all orders to the Eastern US in 2 – 3 days, and to the Western US in 3-4 days. FedEx delivers every day, including Saturdays, but not Sundays and some national holidays in some countries.
If we dispatch your order after 1pm EST, parcels are usually picked up the morning after. At this point, unfortunately no delivery address change can be made. In the case of express delivery, the next working day counts as the first day of delivery.

CUSTOM TAX

Our Manufacturer is Contrado Imaging Ltd (Bags of Love) & together we are happy to offer worldwide shipping with customs duties paid for most countries.

If your order is to be delivered outside the USA, you may incur additional charges beyond our control. This could be non-reclaimable customs tax as well as administration fees. We advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

When there are adverse weather conditions, international deliveries might be affected. If transport is delayed, so will your package. However, FedEx does an excellent job of working around this to ensure quick and efficient deliveries.
