Do we have tracked shipping?

Yes we do use tracked shipping! Our products are shipped using FedEx, DHL, or USPS for most products directly from our manufacturer with a tracking number that will be provided when shipped. This is the fastest, most efficient & eco-friendly solution via drop-ship. Tracking is available in both Free Standard Shipping & Paid Express Delivery service options for many products. You may check out our Shipping Policy and Delivery Time & Costs  pages for more information or please contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you & give you an update on your products. Because we use multiple, specialized fulfillment centers for our unique art & apparel, orders containing items from both centers may incur separate shipping fees. These will be automatically combined at checkout. USA Tariff Info: As of late 2025 products shipped from the UK to the USA may incur a separate tariff taxation placed on our goods by the United States government—this is unfortunately out of our control.

Do we use FedEx or DHL?

Yes, we use both FedEx & DHL with free premium tracking for 100% of our products coming from our manufacturer in the UK. It depends on where you live in the world. Please don’t hesitate to ask us if you would like to know specifically for your order.

(USA only – The only way you will get a shipping from another shipping company is if you ordered an original painting or drawing, or the master directly from our designer eXodus Artisan himself.)
