How long does the process take?
Most identity projects are completed within 2–3 weeks depending on tier, complexity, and revision flow. Clear communication keeps the process focused and efficient. Any delays in response to emails may delay delivery date.

Who owns the final identity?
Upon final payment, exclusive commercial rights to the approved logo are transferred to the client. eXodus Artisan™ retains the right to display the work for portfolio and documentation purposes. Unused concepts remain part of the studio archive.

What happens if the initial concept does not align?
Every commission begins with structured discovery. If the first direction requires refinement, revision rounds are built into each tier. Strategy guides the process to ensure alignment, not guesswork.
